HOW IT WORKS

Discuss goals via phone call, email, or text messages. 

Virtual movement assessment and discussion of any prior injuries and limitations.

Training program will be created based off equipment you already have, or we will substitute weights for household items.

CONTACTLESS TRAINING OPTIONS

Private Virtual

45 minute virtual workout. Hosted on FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom.

Group Virtual

Invite your friends, family, or coworkers to attend a 45 minute virtual workout. Hosted on FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom workout.

(3 person minimum)

Private In-Home

45 minute in-home workout. Weights + equipment provided.

Group Training In-Home

45 minute in-home workout with you + your workout group. Weights + equipment provided.
