ELEVATE YOUR GAME AND YOUR ATHLETIC ABILITIES
Sports Performance Training is designed to enhance an athlete’s strength, agility, speed, power, coordination, balance, endurance, and overall athleticism.
We will start with an initial assessment and observe how an athlete moves throughout (push/pull), (horizontal/vertical), (squat/hinge), (carry/core) exercises. I will then analyze aerobic capacity and look at feet, pelvis, and shoulder positioning to gauge range of motion. From there I will design an individualized strength and conditioning program based on the athlete’s limitations and goals.
Our purpose is to increase an athlete’s performance — both in their sport and throughout their everyday activity.
